防爆型超低温复叠式深冷机组

二元复叠超低温冷冻机组是我司根据多年的设计开发经验结合各种实际测得的工况参数而设计，开发的第三代复叠式超低温机组，其具有性能稳定、高效、自控程度高的特点，可提供-135℃~-40℃的超低温液体冷源。
 
防爆型超低温复叠式深冷机组产品特点：
1、采用德国比泽尔Bitzer原装进口压缩机为主机，主要部件均为国际知名品牌，结合德国Siemsn工业级PLC和微电脑控制系统，系统安全可靠，全自动控制系统，无人值守自动报警信息功能。
2、二元复叠双超低温冷冻机组系统更优化、更稳定，可满足工业生产中24小时连续生产对工艺冷源的需求。
3、可提供-135℃~-40℃的超低温液体冷源。

RE:
1. 制冷量是在温度条件下测得：载冷剂为酒精，冷却水入口温度32℃，出口温度37℃。                                    
Cooling Conditions for above refrigerating capacity: Refrigerating medium is alcohol, cooling water inlet 32℃, outlet 37℃.                                    
2. 工作范围:冷却水出口温度为22℃~37℃,冷却水入口温差值为3.5℃~10℃。冷冻液出口温度为-40℃~-80℃, 冷冻液出入口温差值为2.5℃~10℃.                                    
Cooling range: Chilled water outlet temperature 22℃~37℃, inlet temperature difference 3.5℃~10℃. Refrigerating fluid outlet temperature -40℃~-80℃, inlet temperature difference 2.5℃~10℃.                                     
3. 出厂时备有成对冷却水、冷冻液出入口连接法兰，载冷剂（酒精）由用户自备。                                    
With pairing connecting flange for inlet and outlet of cooling water and refrigerating fluid. The refrigerating medium(alcohol) equipped by user.
